Terms & refunds

The short version
- DailyFlip is a free strategy game. Credits are pretend: they can't be bought, sold or cashed out, and there are no prizes.
- What you can buy is cosmetic or convenience only (coin designs and an Unlimited runs subscription). It never changes your odds or your score.
- If a purchase goes wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
1. Who we are
DailyFlip ("we", "us") is run by Coin Flip Daily. You can reach us at hello@coinflipdaily.com. By playing, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.
3. Credits are not money
Every run starts with 100 free credits. Credits have no cash value. They can't be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, prizes or anything else, and nothing in the game pays out. Scores and leaderboards are for fun and bragging rights only. DailyFlip is not gambling.
4. Fair play
Each run's flips are generated on our servers. Please don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or other tricks to get extra ranked runs or game the leaderboards. Leaderboards include computer-controlled players that play the same coin under the same rules and odds. We may remove scores, names or custom coins that break these rules or are offensive, and we may limit access for anyone abusing the service.
5. Names, sharing and public pages
Your display name, coin and scores appear on public leaderboards, friend matches and any run you share. Pick a name you're happy for others to see, and nothing offensive or impersonating someone else.
6. Purchases
- What you get: coin designs and a custom coin you design yourself (one-time purchases), and Unlimited runs (a monthly subscription, below). Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
- No ads for coin buyers: buying any coin turns ads off for your player.
- It's a license: purchases give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the item in DailyFlip. They have no cash value.
- Tied to your player: purchases are linked to your player on this device and to the email you pay with. If you switch devices or clear your browser, contact us with that email and we'll restore them.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Unlimited runs subscription
- What it is: unlimited practice runs every day and a ★ next to your name, for $3.33 per month (US dollars, plus any tax). It doesn't change your odds, your ranked run or the leaderboard, and it doesn't remove ads.
- Automatic renewal: it renews every month and your card is charged $3.33 on the same date each month until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change.
- Cancel anytime: open the coin shop → "Manage or cancel subscription", or use the link in your Stripe receipt email, or email hello@coinflipdaily.com. Canceling stops future charges; you keep unlimited runs until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Free players still get daily practice runs and can earn more by sharing, keeping a streak, joining the email or following us.
7. Refunds
Digital items unlock right away. If something went wrong (an item didn't unlock, you were charged twice, or you bought something by mistake), email hello@coinflipdaily.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you paid with, and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
8. Custom coins
When you upload images for a custom coin, you confirm you have the right to use them. Don't upload logos or brands you don't own, other people's photos without permission, or anything hateful, sexual or violent. You give us permission to store your images and show them in the game, on leaderboards and in shared results. Other players only see your coin after we review it. If we reject it you can upload another; you can always keep using it yourself while it's in review.
9. Sponsors
Some days' coins are sponsored. A sponsor never affects the odds, the flips or anyone's score.
10. Changes and availability
We may change the game, prices or these terms, and we'll update the date above when we do. We work to keep DailyFlip running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided "as is".
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
